Clay Figures:

We are handmade, with a similarity of 60-80%, and cannot achieve complete similarity. Please understand.Clay figurines are made by hand-made non-resin. After shaping, they are grilled at high temperature and will not deform or fade after baking. If there is an ash layer that stick dirty stuffs while the clay figurine has been placed for a long time , just use a damp cloth or water to clean it gently.

 

 

How to order ?

 

1. You can place an order first, and then send me the pictures you want to customize.

 

2. Please send the picture you want to customize to the customer service interface, or send it to my email.

Production time:

 

Dear customer, 10 days to observe the sample after placing the order and provided the photos , and change the sample every other day to see the modified sample. When we confirm the sample then bake it and ship it in 2 days. Normal customization is usually controlled within 10 days. The specific delivery time is based on the number of modifications by the customer.

 

 

About the price:

 

The above quotation is the full production fee of the doll and the base. Other scenes such as pets, background walls, stools, sofas need additional sculpture fees. For details, please contact our customer service.

Customer provides a positive face image-the order is placed after communicating the shape-the sculptor production-Customer satisfied with the shape-package delivery.

 

 

Photo requirements:

 

1. Clear facial features

2. Your favorite clothes and poses. Different poses and clothes can be provided in different photos, or one photo that could see the whole body can be customized.

 

 

During production:

 

1. Modification can be proposed if you are not satisfied with your face after the sample

2. The doll clothes, pose and base can not be modified.

 

 

 

Packaging and delivery:

 

1. Clay figurines are purely handmade sculptures. In some cases, slight fingerprints may appear. Hope you can understand.

2.We are packaged in gift boxes, and we will pack them very carefully before shipment. If you receive them as damaged, please contact us promptly.

3. Customers can use glue to stick the products when it broken which caused by transportation problems. We will compensate the corresponding wear and tear. If the damage is large, we will redo the clay figurines and send them free of charge. please understand us that it do not allowed to return, after all, this is a customized product that can't be sold at the second time.
